From order to your door.
Every made-to-order piece is built after you order it, not pulled from a shelf. Here's exactly what happens in between.
Six stages, about three weeks.

Order placed
You choose the jacket, size and any available finish. Payment is captured and your build slot is confirmed by email.

Hide selected & graded
Leather for your order is pulled and inspected for grain, thickness and color match before it's cleared for cutting.
03
Cut & stitched
Panels are cut to your size and assembled. This is the longest stage, and where most of the build time goes.

Hardware & finishing
Zips, snaps and any hardware are set, seams are finished, and the jacket gets a final press and detail pass.

Quality check
Every piece is inspected before it leaves for stitching consistency, hardware function and finish, not just fit.
06
Shipped
Packed and sent with tracking. Total time from order to delivery is typically 2 to 3 weeks depending on the piece.
